Supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours, Monday to Friday. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT EMBRAPII – Brazilian Enterprise for Industrial Research and Innovation seeks a professional to serve as a Senior Accounting Analyst in the Finance Management Department, with an analytical profile and managerial vision, responsible for contributing to the quality, reliability, and analysis of accounting and financial information, supporting management in decision-making, financial closing, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, ensuring integrity and consistency of records in the ERP; * Monitor and analyze accounting and bank balances, identifying variances, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement; * Participate in monthly financial closing, conducting critical and explanatory analyses of major variances; * Prepare reports, analyses, and managerial presentations to support decision-making; * Support the structuring, review, and improvement of accounting processes and controls, with a focus on efficiency and governance; * Review and validate fiscal and accounting documents, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies; * Support monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and unit performance results; * Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating autonomy, organization, responsibility, and attention to deadlines. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Completed postgraduate degree; * Experience with accounting reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and financial closing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI (data visualization and dashboards); * Analytical ability, information organization skills, and written communication proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with SAP ERP or equivalent systems; * Experience in preparing managerial reports and executive presentations; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Running Club, SESC membership, Total Pass, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
