Samuel Pessoa Laboratory is seeking a **Senior/Full HR Analyst** to play a central role in structuring the People Management area. We seek someone with a **practical, decisive, organized, and proactive profile**, who enjoys building processes, interacting with managers, conducting recruitment and selection, monitoring KPIs, and supporting team development. Key responsibilities * Conduct **recruitment** and selection processes. * Support managers on **people-related matters**, performance, feedback, and development. * Structure internal HR **workflows and processes**. * Organize information for submission to the outsourced Payroll Department. * Monitor **time tracking, attendance, and overtime bank**. * Support **onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and climate surveys**. * Contribute to initiatives related to **culture, internal communication, and employee engagement**. * Monitor HR **KPIs** and propose improvements. **Requirements** * Completed **bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior **HR experience**. * Experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience managing time tracking and overtime banks. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency. * Strong **communication skills, decisiveness, organizational ability, and analytical capacity**. * Availability for on-site work in Fortaleza/CE. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in companies within the **healthcare sector**. * Experience handling a significant volume of operational job openings. * Knowledge of **Sólides**, **Tangerino**, and **Bitrix24**. * Experience with HR **KPIs**, training, and development. **Job details** * Employment type: **CLT** (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Weekly workload: **44 hours**. * Work modality: **On-site** at LSP headquarters. * Remuneration: up to **R$ 4.000,00**. * **Benefits**: transportation allowance, meal allowance, Hapvida health plan (via enrollment), goal-based bonus, and education assistance.
