Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Driver's license category B preferred. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on: Excel (tables, VLOOKUP, conditional sums, simple dashboards) and PowerPoint (creation and formatting of executive presentations). * Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce and similar). * Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools (Power BI) preferred. * Ability to manipulate and organize databases. * Familiarity with commercial workflows, sales processes, and proposal structures—preferably within the automotive sector. * Provide support for and analyze projects entered into Salesforce (SF), as well as handle commercial requests from regional sales consultants. * Issue proposals requested by sales consultants (direct and indirect channels), and prepare presentations when necessary to support visits to prospects and customers. * Support the commercial team in revising previously issued proposals to develop more competitive and customer-specific solutions. * Collaborate directly with the pricing team to enhance the accuracy of issued proposals. * Monitor the status of quotations issued, generating the corresponding daily management report and taking appropriate actions. * Verify documentation submitted by sales consultants for system registration, supporting and tracking credit analysis. * Operational knowledge. * Monitoring and closing of commercial process indicators. * Presentation and execution of reports. 2512210202551931158
