




The Sales Operations professional will be responsible for structuring, analyzing, and optimizing Connect2B’s commercial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue predictability, strategic support to executive leadership, and operational support to the sales team and management. This role serves as a bridge between data and commercial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Structure, monitor, and optimize the company’s commercial processes; - Analyze and present commercial metrics (KPIs), such as forecasted vs. actual revenue, goal attainment, average deal size, sales cycle length, sales productivity, and performance by Business Unit, channel, and team; - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track commercial performance; - Support leadership in sales forecasting (pipeline and forecast) and strategic decision-making; - Monitor commercial performance of teams and external partners, with focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; - Manage CRM organization and governance (pipelines, rules, automations, and data quality); - Support the definition of goals, commissions, and incentive models; - Identify bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and recovery plans to close gaps against targets; - Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to align data, processes, and outcomes; - Document commercial operations processes and best practices. Requirements: - Prior experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial management roles; - Strong analytical capability and mastery of sales metrics; - Experience with CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI) for building and analyzing dashboards and commercial performance indicators; - Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and process-oriented mindset; - Clear communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. Desirable: - Experience in B2B companies, agencies, or consulting firms; - Hands-on experience with automations (CRM, spreadsheets, integrations); - Knowledge of SQL and advanced BI tools; - Experience supporting scaling or high-growth sales teams; - Bachelor’s degree in business, data, technology, or related fields; - Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish proficiency.
