Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities, operating at the top of the sales funnel and bridging marketing and sales. Collaborate to improve lead quality and optimize outreach The Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Pre\-sales Analyst is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities, operating at the top of the sales funnel. The SDR bridges marketing and sales, ensuring qualified leads advance to the sales team with a higher probability of conversion. * Make first contact with leads (inbound and outbound) * Qualify leads based on defined criteria (profile, pain point, buying stage) * Schedule meetings for the sales team (closers/executives) * Execute prospecting cadences (e\-mail, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) * Map opportunities and identify decision-makers within companies * Record and update information in the CRM * Collaborate on planning to improve lead quality * Follow scripts while also adapting outreach approaches according to customer profile * Track individual performance metrics
