Full oversight of the sales process and after-sales An automotive dealership is seeking a Sales Consultant in Campinas. The Pirasa Group is a Brazilian company operating in the logistics and transportation sector. Focused on integrated solutions, it delivers high-quality services to meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Engage in vehicle sales, performing the following duties: serve and prospect customers, handle complaints. Comply with steps stipulated in sales manuals and internal regulations. Monitor the customer portfolio by recording data in the system. Conduct sales to achieve targets, profitability, accessory sales, consortiums, documentation, armored vehicles, insurance, financing, and other items as directed by the company or manufacturer. Utilize company-approved digital media to boost business. Oversee the entire sales process, including delivery and after-sales. Stay updated on pricing, products, and competitors. Record customer service steps—including phone calls, emails, showroom interactions, and lost sales—in the system. Monitor vehicle preparation and delivery, as well as the checklist for sold vehicles. Respond promptly to customer quotations and digital leads, within timeframes specified in manuals. Stay informed about company rules, required documentation, sales policies, and procedures. Complete the company’s training program. Participate in events and auto expos. Position based in Campinas / SP. Previous experience as a Commercial Representative, Sales Analyst, Sales Executive, or Sales Coordinator may indicate suitability for some activities in this role. High school diploma required.
