




* Provide **active and receptive customer service** to clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and sales platforms. * **Prospect new clients** within the assigned region, presenting the product portfolio and commercial terms. * **Maintain continuous relationships** with the client portfolio, offering support, clarifying technical questions, and tracking orders. * **Issue quotes, process orders, and monitor production and delivery timelines** in coordination with logistics and PCP departments. * **Negotiate prices, deadlines, and payment terms** within the company's commercial policies. * **Follow up on after\-sales service**, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat purchases. * **Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets**, earning a commission and an additional **0.5% on total sales upon reaching the target**. * **Update CRM systems or control spreadsheets**, recording contacts, quotations, sales, and customer feedback. * **Participate in sales meetings**, contributing market insights and suggestions for improving sales processes. * **Stay updated** on new product launches, technical features, and competitive advantages. **Desirable Requirements:** * Previous experience in **B2B inside sales**, preferably in the metallurgical, automotive parts, or motorcycle industries. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of Excel and sales systems (ERP or CRM). * **Organized, proactive, and results\-oriented profile**.
