Multi-channel customer service and proactivity Job Description: **About the role:** Founded in 1987 in Mato Grosso, RS Pneus operates in the importation and distribution of tires for agricultural, commercial vehicle, and industrial segments. The company ranks among the largest tire importers and distributors in Brazil, distinguished by its financial stability, continuous growth, and strong presence in the domestic market. We seek a professional to provide strategic and operational support to the sales team, directly contributing to opportunity generation, customer relationship management, and sales support. **Responsibilities** * Conduct prospecting and customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and social media; * Schedule meetings and visits for sales consultants; * Provide telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Present the company, products, and clarify commercial policies; * Support customer service during consultants’ vacations or absences; * Perform pre-sales service when sales representatives are traveling; * Enter, track orders, and assist in obtaining order confirmations from customers; * Assist in developing sales representatives’ travel routes and visit schedules; * Monitor visited customers and support post-sales activities; * Participate in external activities and ad-hoc initiatives alongside consultants to strengthen customer relationships and commercial campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in commercial areas, inside sales, pre-sales, or customer service; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, e-mail, CRM, Office suite); * Availability for occasional external activities supporting the sales team.
