




**Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor administrative processes related to the sales area, ensuring efficient support to the sales team. * Perform analysis and verification of commercial and fiscal documents. * Issue invoices, manage collections, and conduct financial reconciliations. * Control accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in entries. * Record invoices in the system and track billing flow. * Use internal systems for sales management and administrative processes. * Support the sales team with information and reports that contribute to decision-making. * Maintain organization of processes and documents, ensuring compliance and efficiency in daily routines. **Requirements:** * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office suite. * Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Organized, focused, and proactive profile. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
