Schedule services, manage the technical team’s calendar, and optimize workflow. Prepare detailed quotations for proposed services, explaining their benefits and differentiators. Conduct commercial activation, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction from the first contact. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Sales Consultant, Customer Relationship Analyst, or Customer Relationship Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position.
