Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System, participating in certification processes, supplier evaluations, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. 2. Participation in audits and IATF 16949 certification. 3. Use of quality tools for root cause analysis. * Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and audit processes of IATF 16949 certification. Conduct supplier evaluations and approvals, monitoring performance indicators and action plans. Support customers on quality-related matters, handle complaints, and analyze nonconformities. Lead root cause investigations using quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, 8D, etc.). Develop, review, and control procedures, work instructions, and other Quality Management System documents. Monitor quality indicators and prepare management reports. Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits. Track corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments. Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC processes where applicable. Deliver training related to quality processes and requirements. Promote a quality culture across the organization. * Experience in Quality Management. Knowledge and experience with the IATF 16949 standard. Experience in customer service and handling quality complaints. Experience in supplier evaluation and development. Familiarity with quality tools and root cause analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Administration, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in the automotive sector. Certification as an IATF 16949 Internal Auditor. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC. Intermediate English proficiency for reading standards and communicating with customers and suppliers. Behavioral Competencies: Organization and discipline.
