Coordinate and develop analyses through planning and systematization of activities related to the quality area according to the company's defined policies; Define preventive controls, identify and correct deficiencies that may arise in equipment, devices or machines; Monitor corrective actions and compliance with internal and external audits; Monitor complaints, brand perception, and after-sales service; Manage the use of measuring instruments, as well as periodically monitor their calibration and related documentation; When necessary, compare with technical standards, receive, release, store, and select materials according to production orders; Advise company departments regarding quality documentation; Prepare quality manuals, organizational policies, visual and operational standardization of norms and procedures; Classify non-conformance opening workflows, indicating the quality standard to which the non-conformance refers, linking the non-conformance to the relevant document in the electronic document management system, monitor the development and conclusion of ongoing processes, verify actions, enforce respective deadlines, and rationalize continuous and form-based plans; Monitor and control administrative and quality indicators; Prepare reports providing necessary information for decision-making. Quality Management System \* Follow instructions from the area supervisor and ensure the preservation and organization of the workplace.
