Berh is a technology solutions company offering innovative services to optimize business processes. **Responsibilities:** Procure office supplies and operational consumables used in operations. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality). Ensure continuous supply of materials required for operations. Perform inventory control and management to prevent shortages or overstocking. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to guarantee adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Validate purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance department. Resolve operational issues related to procurement. Support improvements in internal processes and controls. Prepare and monitor controls and reports using spreadsheets. Previous experience as a Purchaser, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
