Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal commercial conditions (price, delivery time, and quality). Ensure continuous supply of materials required for operations. Perform inventory control and management to avoid shortages or excesses. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Validate purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance department. Address operational issues related to procurement. Support process improvement and internal controls. Develop and monitor controls and reports using spreadsheets. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
