Berh is a technology solutions company offering innovative services to optimize corporate processes. **Responsibilities:** Procure paper-based items and operational supplies used in operations. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality). Ensure continuous supply of materials required for operations. Manage and control inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Validate purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance department. Resolve operational issues related to procurement. Support internal process and control improvements. Develop and monitor controls and reports using spreadsheets. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
