**Intech Boating – Sessa Marine is a nautical industry company renowned for excellence in manufacturing high-end vessels. Located in Pedra Branca district, Palhoça/SC, the company stands out for innovation, quality, and commitment to its customers and employees.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Gather project requirements from internal departments (engineering, production, and finishing) and translate them into technical carpentry specifications; * Develop and detail woodworking projects for vessels, including furniture, panels, interior finishes, and wooden structures; * Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings; * Define dimensions, joinery, and construction solutions to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and optimal space utilization; * Develop and review material lists (wood, hardware, accessories, and supplies); * Specify technical requirements for materials, finishes, and suppliers; * Assess project feasibility considering production processes and shipyard constraints; * Monitor fabrication, assembly, and installation of furniture onboard vessels; * Ensure quality standards and finish compliance with project specifications; * Identify improvements in production processes and propose technical solutions; * Collaborate with Procurement to analyze project costs; * Prepare technical reports and monitor departmental KPIs; * Support development and qualification of new materials and suppliers; * Serve as the technical reference for carpentry-related queries; * Track rework or warranty issues and propose improvements; * Participate in the development of new vessel models; * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for projects; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in woodworking, custom furniture, or technical carpentry projects; * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in technical detailing and project development; * Familiarity with materials such as MDF, solid wood, plywood, and hardware; * Basic understanding of woodworking production processes; * Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the nautical or automotive sectors; * Knowledge of SWOOD; * Hands-on experience assembling vessel interiors or compact-space environments; **What We Offer:** * Health insurance (Unimed) * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance (R$ 600.00) * Transportation allowance Compensation: R$5.000,00 – R$5.100,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Relocation/move requirement: * Palhoça, SC: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary?
