We offer innovative solutions to simplify users’ lives. **Responsibilities:** Implementation of GPON network, FTTH, optical fiber, IP CCTV, access control, and structured cabling projects. Technical drawings, floor plans, photographic reports, map development. Development of preliminary projects and feasibility studies. Development of executive projects. Development and monitoring of schedules. Scope, cost, timeline, and quality management. Risk identification and response. Stakeholder management, report preparation, status reports, dashboards. Monitoring and control of all project phases, ensuring deliverables are executed within scope, timeline, and budget. Conducting meetings with clients, internal teams (technical staff), management, and brainstorming sessions. Team management and supervision, leadership of construction execution, measurements, and audits.
