Development of strategic relationships with suppliers We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join GSTN’s administrative team in Campinas, SP. This role involves managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing quotations, issuing purchase orders, and tracking delivery schedules. The professional will be responsible for securing optimal commercial terms, controlling costs, ensuring adequate supply of materials and services, and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers. Additionally, the role requires supporting contract management, area performance indicators, and expense reduction opportunities. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. Issue and track purchase orders through final delivery. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. Analyze commercial proposals and contracts. Ensure compliance with agreed delivery timelines and service levels. Control costs and identify opportunities for expense reduction. Evaluate supplier performance (timeliness, quality, cost, and compliance). Support the qualification and registration of new suppliers. Manage and organize fiscal documents related to procurement. Collaborate with internal requesting departments to understand requirements. Monitor minimum stock levels where applicable, preventing stockouts or unnecessary purchases. Prepare procurement department reports and performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (Totvs, SAP, Sankhya, Omie, or similar). Basic knowledge of contracts, taxes, and cost control. Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation.
