Supplier management and deadline control Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the procurement process of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects, ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness, adherence to deadlines, input quality, and alignment with project budgets and schedules. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects; * Issue purchase orders according to requisitions and physical\-financial schedules; * Analyze commercial proposals, comparing prices, delivery times, quality, and payment terms; * Develop, approve, and maintain supplier registration records; * Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring continuous supply to construction sites; * Negotiate supply and service contracts; * Control costs and support budget compliance for construction projects; * Collaborate with engineering, planning, and warehouse departments; * Evaluate supplier performance (price, delivery time, quality); * Ensure compliance with internal policies, technical standards, and legal requirements; * Prepare procurement reports, savings reports, and performance indicators (KPIs). ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields; Experience in procurement within the civil construction sector; Knowledge of construction materials, services, and construction equipment; Knowledge of negotiation and cost analysis; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * ERP experience preferred (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Sienge).
