Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage material and service procurement for construction projects, ensuring efficiency, competitiveness, and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and continuous growth. We seek a Procurement Analyst to manage procurement of materials and contracting of services for construction projects. This professional will be responsible for analyzing requirements, leading procurement processes, and ensuring procurements occur within timelines and conditions specified in the physical\-financial schedule, guaranteeing operational efficiency, competitiveness, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze and lead procurement processes for materials and service contracting for construction projects; Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to define requirements and procurement strategies; Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and prepare equalization charts; Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery schedules, warranties, insurance, and price adjustment indices); Prepare and track purchase orders and contracts; Support supplier qualification and development processes; Monitor the supplier market, identifying opportunities, risks, and alternative supply sources; Track departmental KPIs and propose continuous improvements to procurement processes; Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards; Work integrally with involved departments, ensuring alignment with the project schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the Construction Industry (services and materials); Advanced Excel skills; Experience in contractual negotiations (insurance, warranties, price adjustment indices, etc.); Knowledge of the Construction Industry supplier market.
