Job Summary: Procurement Analyst responsible for acquiring items, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, tracking orders, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement. Berh is a technology solutions company offering innovative services to optimize corporate processes. **Responsibilities:** Procure paper items and operational supplies used in operations. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality). Ensure continuous supply of materials required for operations. Control and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking. Track orders and deliveries to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Validate purchase orders and invoices in coordination with Finance. Resolve operational issues related to procurement. Support process improvement and internal controls. Develop and monitor controls and reports in spreadsheets. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
