**Main Responsibilities:** * Define process parameters for injection machines; * Conduct production process time studies; * Support trial runs and assemblies; * Assist in issuing instruction sheets and control plans; * Validate product costs; * Prepare quotations for tooling and equipment; * Develop packaging plans; * Support item registration; * Maintain direct contact with other departments, focusing on problem resolution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related to Production, Mechanical, Quality, or related fields; * Prior experience in process engineering for technical polymeric parts (Plastic/Rubber); * Knowledge of SPC and FMEA tools is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM, in Itu/SP.
