We are seeking a **Senior Pricing Analyst** to join our **Pricing** team in **São Paulo Capital.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Define and implement pricing strategies for operational regions, ensuring target volume and margin; * Develop tools and processes aimed at automation and efficiency gains in internal routines. * Manage the client portfolio, focusing on profitability and performance; * Collaborate tactically with the Sales team, leading negotiations and managing commercial conflicts; * Monitor market conditions and cost dynamics, ensuring decisions align with trends and opportunities; * Conduct compliance routines, process controls, and adherence to commercial policy; * Implement commercial initiatives and demand plans jointly with the S&OP team. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Availability to work 100% onsite at our office on Faria Lima Avenue in São Paulo; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Analytical and logical thinking skills; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Power BI. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
