A fundamental role in the company's commercial process A welding machine manufacturing and trading company is seeking a Pre-Sales Analyst in Nova Odessa. Boxer Soldas specializes in welding and cutting solutions. We offer high-quality products and services to meet the needs of the industrial sector. **Responsibilities:** Proactively contact leads generated from campaigns, CRM, and other channels, following defined guidelines and scripts. Prioritize telephone contact as the primary outreach method to ensure prompt initial engagement. Qualify leads according to established criteria, collecting information on profile, needs, and purchase timing. Record all interactions and information in the CRM to ensure organization and traceability. Route opportunities to the appropriate sales pipeline according to defined criteria. Conduct basic follow-ups, respecting deadlines and maintaining lead engagement. Support opportunity tracking with the sales team, flagging pending items when necessary. Maintain alignment with the sales team to contribute to seamless commercial processes. Provide ad-hoc support to the Marketing team with product and solution information and communications. Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Pre-Sales Specialist, Pre-Sales Coordinator, or Sales Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
