Collaboration with teams to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement A travel agency seeks a Post-Sales Assistant in Taboão da Serra. **Responsibilities:** Providing post-sales customer service by efficiently and courteously addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. Conducting post-trip follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory experiences and offering additional assistance when necessary. Assisting in resolving problems and conflicts that may arise during or after customers’ trips. Maintaining an up-to-date customer database containing customer information and trip details to facilitate follow-up and personalized service delivery. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure fulfillment of services contracted by customers. Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on tourist destinations, products, and services offered by the agency. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the agency’s processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty. Previous roles such as Customer Service Analyst, Customer Support Coordinator, Relationship Assistant, or Customer Satisfaction Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
