**PL Systems Analyst** **Employment Type: CLT Hybrid – 2 days onsite** **Requirements:** Prior experience in RFID (Logistics or Retail) Advanced English Project management knowledge Analytical profile with proficiency in Excel or Power BI (or similar) Strong communication and influencing skills with leaders and departments Experience in retail store operations or supply chain is a plus Technical knowledge of RFID hardware (scanners, antennas, readers) **Desirable:** Experience with large-scale rollouts Knowledge of system integration (ERP/WMS) Experience with agile methodologies **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor RFID implementation projects across stores and logistics operations Monitor and analyze performance metrics (inventory accuracy, read rates, losses, etc.) Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement using RFID Conduct incident analysis and technical troubleshooting (antennas, readers, tags) Interface with internal departments (IT, Operations, Logistics, Sales) and vendors Validate new RFID-related technologies, tests, and pilots Prepare executive reports and results presentations Support RFID training and knowledge dissemination across teams
