Post-sale support and customer retention Recruitment and selection company seeks an Optical Consultant in São Paulo (East Zone). **Responsibilities:** Will work at an optical-sector company specialized in the sale of prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and lenses, performing the following activities: In-person customer service, identifying visual and aesthetic needs. Guidance in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments (anti-reflective, UV protection, etc.). Interpretation of ophthalmic prescriptions. Conducting sales and product negotiations. Monitoring sales targets and commercial results. Store organization and product display. Post-sale support (adjustments, exchanges, and customer retention). Participation in corporate initiatives and projects, when required. Position located in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as an Optics Specialist, Lens Consultant, Optics Analyst, or Optics Technician may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,200.00 * Target-based bonus * Commissions * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Meal voucher value: BRL 400.00 (iFood Benefits). Commission of 3% on sales (average range: BRL 1,000.00 to BRL 3,000.00). Additional commission for referrals in corporate projects. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Permanent – On-site. * Schedule: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
