Technical support and preparation of quotations Human Resources Consulting is seeking an Operational Technician in Mossoró (Downtown). RS Human Resources Consulting provides customized solutions for people management. With expertise in recruitment, selection, and talent development, the company aims to optimize organizations' human capital. **Responsibilities:** Work at an industrial packaging company. Organize and maintain the facility. Receive equipment arriving for maintenance. Deliver released equipment. Support control of workshop and showroom machines. Assist in preparing inventories of workshop machines, showroom machines, and spare parts in technical assistance stock. Conduct tests and evaluations to identify equipment faults. Perform internal corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment nationalization, and NR-12 compliance adjustments. Diagnose faults. Prepare quotations. Support technical and commercial teams in identifying parts using equipment manuals. Issue Technical Service Reports (TSR) after external maintenance. Maintain updated records and technical documentation regarding procedures, maintenance activities, and problem resolutions. Assist with industrial maintenance activities (under supervision of senior technicians). Support technical team in equipment installation, maintenance, and operation. Conduct routine inspections to identify faults or improvement opportunities. Participate in training and capacity-building programs to develop technical competencies. Previous roles such as Operational Assistant, Operations Analyst, Process Coordinator, or Operational Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
