This position will be with Grupo Interbrok, a company within the Gallagher Group. Our Operations team ensures the proper functioning and accuracy of databases containing clients’ financial and registration information related to Property & Casualty insurance transactions. We act as facilitators in resolving issues and provide support to internal clients, aiming to deliver differentiated service and assistance. We play a critical role in ensuring clients are properly registered and that all registration-related processes comply with the insurance brokerage’s regulations, policies, and policies negotiated with us. **How You’ll Make an Impact** We are looking for an Operational Analyst capable of contributing to our key processes—including controlling policy issuance deadlines with insurance companies, clearing issued documents, and ensuring quality/verification—to join the Gallagher team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mediating pending items and operational processes with insurance companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. * Handling pending items with insurance companies, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. * Ensuring optimal operational flow with our internal and external clients. * Managing and maintaining up-to-date client and insurance policy registrations. * Collaborating closely with commercial and Placement teams to ensure client data accuracy. * Assisting in resolving any registration issues or discrepancies. * Providing administrative support as required. * Staying current on trends and best practices in process improvement and insurance brokerage, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement. **About You** * Proven experience preparing insurance proposals, preferably within an insurance brokerage. * Knowledge of various insurance types and their coverages. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to meticulously review documents. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Familiarity with Quiver and Pipefy for process control and policy issuance is a plus.
