Job Summary To support our outstanding teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Mid Pricing Analyst to work with the Jaguariúna team. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Mid Pricing Analyst role involves... Key day-to-day responsibilities: * Perform routine pricing and/or post-sales financial reconciliation activities under occasional supervision, involving national and international programs of limited scale and complexity, checking prices set by the business area, making forecasts and estimates according to established corporate policies, guidelines and values, recording and updating actions in corporate systems (e.g., CMT Commercial Management Tracker), to ensure pricing information accuracy. * Conduct analyses, recommendations, and approvals of comprehensive pricing items under occasional supervision, such as PPV (Purchase Price Variance), ePFA (Express Premium Freight), and ECO (Engineering Change Order), building scenarios, defining liability and other business information per contract, presenting and defending them to provide clear, concise, and accurate responses to pricing process and pricing policy inquiries. * Perform critical analysis under occasional supervision, verifying all aspects used in initial quotation formation (FGCM) compared to current information. * Conduct monthly QvA (quoted vs. actual) analysis under occasional supervision, aiming to identify discrepancies between quoted and actual values. * Provide financial and commercial data analysis and support for programs, ensuring and/or driving successful pricing actions and continuous improvement in pricing processes. * Prepare and analyze price reconciliations with customers, including Dollar Rate, Reval (Inventory Revaluation), PPV (Purchase Price Variance), Overtime, Labor Agreement (Dissídio), PFA (Express Premium Freight), and other operational expenses not covered during the quotation process. * Conduct post-project reviews under occasional supervision using the QvA (Quoted vs. Actuals) tool, implementing necessary corrections and adjustments to identify discrepancies between estimated calculations and actual values. * Monitor cost and currency fluctuations in the market, supporting price changes by country according to contractual conditions. * Keep corporate systems (e.g., CMT) updated with commercial and cost information. * Participate in internal and client meetings to present reconciliations and other requested analyses. Experience we are looking for in our team: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering; * Advanced English; * Basic Office Suite; * Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); * ERP Baan (Finance and Costing Module); * Advanced Excel. Preferred Knowledge: * Tax analysis and calculation; * P&L (Profit & Loss) and FOL (Forecast Outlook); * Accounting classification and reconciliation; * Company cost structure; * Direct and indirect taxes; * New Product Introduction (NPI); * Manufacturing processes; * Costing systems; * Tax legislation; * Electrical parts and components.
