




Job Summary: A professional responsible for scaling GMV and profitability on marketplaces, managing catalog, pricing, campaigns, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory, reputation, and customer service management across marketplaces. Our client is a major importer with over 20 years in the market, located in the central region of São Paulo. We are seeking a professional responsible for scaling GMV and profitability of marketplace operations, strategically managing catalog, Buy Box, dynamic pricing, campaigns, reputation, and system integrations—ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence, with the goal of establishing official accounts on leading platforms. Responsibilities Manage product catalog: listings, images, pricing, and inventory. Monitor orders, integrations, and digital customer service. Operate and analyze marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon, etc.). Monitor e\-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, traffic, margin, stockouts, cancellations. Create promotional campaigns and coordinate online sales initiatives. Support SEO, paid media, and usability improvement strategies. Collaborate with logistics to ensure delivery timelines and SLAs. Track GMV, margin, and profitability targets by channel (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee). Develop commercial and promotional strategies aligned with campaign calendars and seasonality. Use Excel spreadsheets and reports for performance tracking and analysis. Monitor sales, margin, inventory, coverage, and competitiveness per SKU and channel. Configure and optimize pricing rules based on competition, margin, and targets. Monitor competitors for competitiveness analysis. Continuously monitor and act to win and retain the Buy Box and catalog presence on Mercado Livre. Perform product registration and integration between ERP (Bling), Loja Integrada, and marketplaces. Ensure high-conversion titles, descriptions, attributes, and images. Execute continuous improvements in SEO, product variations, and customer reviews. Be directly responsible for Fulfillment shipments (Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, etc.), controlling inventory, restocking, and sales performance. Administer inventory management across platforms, ensuring synchronization with ERP and appropriate channel-level availability. Be responsible for store reputation, maintaining excellence in: delivery delays, cancellations, and complaints; customer reviews and overall satisfaction; compliance with each marketplace’s policies and metrics. Provide pre- and post\-sale support, ensuring a positive and solution-oriented customer experience. Manage disputes and incidents with platforms, ensuring agility and professionalism. Maintain active relationships with account executives and internal teams, aligning operations, performance, and reputation. Participate in ERP (Bling or similar) implementation and configuration. Ensure synchronization of inventory, pricing, and orders between ERP and marketplaces. Support integrations and automations with hubs and complementary platforms. Requirements Experience with e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces (5 years). Proficiency in Excel and digital metrics. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. Preferred: experience with integration tools. Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio for performance analysis. Experience in ERP integration and implementation projects.
