Transform data into strategy through sales dashboards. **Account & Performance Analyst (Marketplace)** **Location:** Londrina - PR | **Work Model:** 100% On-site **Compensation:** R$ 1.518,00 – R$ 5.500,00 (Base + Target-based Variable) depending on experience and seniority. **About the Opportunity** We are expanding our B2B operations and seeking a **Commercial Analyst focused on Marketplaces** to join our Londrina unit. If you are a professional who combines analytical data insight with expertise in negotiating across major digital channels, we want to meet you. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Customer Success & Key Accounts:** Engage directly with major accounts, ensuring SLA compliance, monitoring stockouts, and order flow. * **Market Intelligence:** Track competition and pricing trends, while optimizing brand presence (SEO and catalog) across marketplaces. * **Data Insights:** Translate numbers into strategy by developing sales dashboards and presenting results to executive leadership. * **Internal Alignment:** Collaborate with logistics and marketing departments to align seasonal campaigns and product launches. **What You Need:** * **Digital Expertise:** Practical knowledge of business rules for Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Magalu. * **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced), experience with ERPs (preferably SAP or CRM systems), and BI tools. * **Soft Skills:** Problem-solving mindset, strong verbal communication for strategic meetings, and performance orientation. **Benefits Package:** * **Compensation:** CLT-based salary + performance-based commission. * **Meals:** Meal Voucher (approx.
