**What we are looking for:** We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented professional to strengthen our commercial team, supporting the cooperative’s strategy through data, CRM, and relationship management with our cooperative members. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day here:** * Analyze sales funnels and cooperative members’ intentions to identify opportunities using CRM tools for tracking. * Extract specific reports by accessing internal systems and utilizing other tools to support the cooperative’s strategy. * Monitor data loads and verify data integrity by accessing specific systems and cross-checking information to ensure compliance of entered data. * Conduct basic training on tool usage, supporting first-level staff in addressing questions or difficulties, aiming to maintain team integration. * Configure specific tools by setting their functions to align them with performance calculations according to defined benchmarks. * Measure commercial consultants’ performance by generating reports on KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, field demonstrations, and interactions with rural producers. * Support monitoring of the crop plan and sales funnel, ensuring commercial conditions are available to the entire commercial team and enabling immediate stakeholder response within the cooperative. * Develop strategies to drive commercial initiatives and improve cooperative member relationship management. * Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for marketing-related activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Excel proficiency; * Experience with CRM tools; * Basic knowledge of BI and data visualization; * Familiarity with commercial processes, support to the sales team, and internal stakeholder assistance. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Private pension plan; Meal allowance; Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; We are **one of Brazil’s largest cooperatives**, and our mission is to provide over **39,000 cooperative members** with the best agribusiness solutions—sustainably and innovatively.
