Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, transforming market intelligence and consumer behavior insights into campaigns and commercial actions. You will analyze KPIs, support campaign planning, segment audiences, and align strategies across marketing, sales, and inventory functions—contributing to brand positioning and improved commercial performance, with special attention to inventory turnover and market opportunities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. * Experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and report generation. * Proficiency in image editing tools (Corel, Photoshop, or Illustrator). * Knowledge of audio and video editing tools (After Effects, iMovie, or CapCut). * Familiarity with campaign planning, audience segmentation, and sales funnel concepts. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and communication proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the agricultural sector or agribusiness products. * Knowledge of BI tools and dashboard development. * Experience in market intelligence and consumer behavior analysis. * Hands-on experience in results-oriented marketing strategies and integration among marketing, sales, and inventory.
