We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to plan and execute strategies that drive customer traffic, increase average transaction value, and strengthen customer loyalty. The professional will operate both strategically and operationally, supporting campaigns, commercial initiatives, and brand positioning efforts. Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute promotional campaigns; * Develop initiatives to increase traffic, average transaction value, and customer loyalty; * Manage social media, digital content, and engagement with the local community; * Support launch campaigns, anniversaries, and seasonal promotions; * Create internal and external communication materials (POS, banners, posters, and digital media); * Monitor campaign performance and sales metrics; * Support pricing strategies and commercial initiatives in collaboration with the procurement team; * Conduct market research and competitive analysis; * Coordinate media, printing, and agency vendors (where applicable); * Ensure brand visual identity consistency. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields; * Prior experience in marketing; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud); * Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital media platforms; * Proficiency in metric analysis and performance reporting.
