Support for implementation and operation of sales points (stands) We are supporting a real estate developer in the civil construction sector seeking a **Junior Marketing Analyst**. **JOB MISSION:** We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the product, marketing, and POS teams, assisting in structuring real estate developments with a focus on marketing materials, point-of-sale (POS) activities, and product development support, as well as related departmental documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support real estate product development and organization (floor plans, descriptive memoranda, presentations, and technical materials). * Assist in benchmarking and market positioning analyses. * Support execution of the marketing plan, interfacing with agencies and suppliers. * Assist in marketing budget control and organization of launch events and commercial initiatives. * Support implementation and operation of sales points (stands). * Manage sales desk supplies, POS materials, and operational requests. * Monitor and organize stand maintenance, decoration, and customer service areas. * Interface with commercial teams, real estate agents, and partner brokerages. * Prepare commercial reports, presentations, and administrative and financial controls. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in the real estate market. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields). * Organizational skills, strong communication ability, and interest in the real estate market. * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. **JOB DETAILS:** * Permanent CLT employment contract * Salary: 3\.500,00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher (BRL 30.00/day), health insurance (50% covered – SulAmérica network). * Location: Paraíso, SP Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
