**M&A Corporate Development** ============================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description **Job Mission:** We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Specialist to strategically identify, originate, and develop investment and acquisition opportunities that accelerate TOTVS’s growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s corporate strategy and business units’ growth roadmaps—through qualified engagement with the innovation ecosystem and structured preliminary analysis of potential targets. Responsibilities and Duties * Identify, generate, and develop new investment and acquisition opportunities aligned with TOTVS’s corporate strategy and business units’ growth priorities. * Build, structure, and maintain a qualified pipeline of targets through active prospecting, clear prioritization criteria, and disciplined tracking of opportunities. * Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with startups, founders, advisors, venture capital funds, universities, and innovation hubs—expanding and strengthening the company’s origination network. * Initiate and conduct first contacts and meetings with potential targets, clearly presenting TOTVS’s strategic positioning while rapidly assessing their level of interest, strategic fit, and business maturity. * Conduct preliminary analyses of prospective businesses, evaluating business model (especially SaaS), product, market, growth thesis, and basic financial metrics—applying critical judgment and strategic insight regarding alignment and potential synergies. * Actively participate in events, technical visits, external meetings, and roadshows—representing TOTVS institutionally and reinforcing continuous origination of opportunities. * Prepare concise, executive-level materials for the M&A team, summarizing strategic rationale, key risks, opportunities, and initial recommendations—and maintaining an organized, up-to-date, and structurally reported pipeline. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in Business Development, M&A, Corporate Venture, Venture Capital, strategic consulting, or related areas. * Strong network within the technology ecosystem—including startups, venture funds, and advisors—or proven ability to rapidly build and expand strategic relationships. * Hands-on, proactive profile with excellent communication, influence, and executive/commercial presence for interacting with leaders, founders, and senior stakeholders. * Willingness and flexibility to travel, attend events, and work primarily off-site. * Solid understanding of technology business models. * Experience with or knowledge of SaaS will be considered a differentiator. * High level of organization, discipline in pipeline management, and strong synthesis capability for discussions with executive leadership.
