If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Supporting planning processes, developing analyses for decision-making, and supporting management with Supply KPIs; * Creating and validating optimization scenarios based on mathematical models; * Collaborating in developing the long-term industrial capacity plan, ensuring alignment with the Supply team and delivering executive presentations; * Supporting the development of data analysis routines through spreadsheets and algorithms using Excel, Power BI, and other automation tools; * Interfacing with business areas (Industrial, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing), either supporting or requesting support to build improvement projects and/or processes; * Preparing management reports to support decision-making in daily Supply planning and control activities; * Collecting data, integrating data via ETL, and generating analyses to improve processes, ensuring accuracy in decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; * Experience in logistics, planning, or industrial operations. #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; * Technical knowledge of programming languages: SQL, Python, R, and APIs; data visualization, business intelligence, agile methodologies; * Knowledge of process modeling and optimization; Intermediate English proficiency. * **Working Hours:** 08:30–12:00, 13:00–18:18, Monday to Friday. **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine, covering multiple specialties including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
