Cost control, billing, and operational performance indicators Responsible for serving customers; receiving pickup requests from customers or service providers; placing pickup requests, dedicated pickups, and cargo deliveries, ensuring timely customer service; responsible for major client accounts. Responsible for requesting pickup and delivery information from the operations department and transportation agents to perform cargo tracking; informing customers about the status of their cargo, providing pickup and destination receipt information; daily monitoring of the spreadsheet listing cargoes loaded the previous day. Responsible for cost control, including monitoring negative cargo volumes, delivery consolidations, and improper charges. Responsible for billing activities, collecting quotation information from the commercial team when necessary; forwarding billing information to the finance department. Responsible for creating and maintaining operational area performance indicators.
