Job Summary: Assist in the analysis, control, and improvement of logistics processes, with emphasis on inventory management, material handling, performance indicators, and support for systems such as WMS. Support for WMS system implementation and maintenance **Position:** Junior Logistics Analyst **Department:** Operations **Reports to:** Logistics Operations Coordinator **Work Location:** [Unit - Maracanaú or Caucaia] **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Position Objective:** Assist in analyzing, controlling, and improving the company's logistics processes, focusing on inventory management, material handling, KPI monitoring, and support for systems such as WMS. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations. * Update and analyze logistics control spreadsheets using **advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, simple Macros). * Develop management dashboards and reports in **Power BI**, supporting decision-making. * Track operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements. * Assist in **WMS system implementation and maintenance**, training users and suggesting operational adjustments. * **Conduct and analyze inventory audits**, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * **Create, deploy, and monitor operational quality process checklists**, ensuring compliance with internal standards. * Support internal and external audits, adhering to compliance and quality standards. * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, IT, and Transportation to align requirements and logistics flows. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields). * Proficiency in **Excel** (advanced) and **Power BI**. * Knowledge of **WMS systems** (implementation, basic configuration, and operation). * Prior experience in a logistics operator or general warehouse role is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Logical reasoning and attention to detail * Strong communication and analytical skills * Proactive problem-solving * Organizational skills and sense of urgency * Teamwork orientation Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.148,49 - R$3.218,27 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * PROFICIENT IN VBA, EXCEL AND POWER BI (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
