Your role will be to ensure the company's product quality and meet customer requirements. **What we expect from you**: * Perform analyses and validation of samples/pilot lots of new materials, and when necessary, at supplier facilities; * Issue inspection reports for analyzed materials and ensure proper disposition according to presented results; * Provide technical support to the factory regarding supplier issues; * Handle supplier non-conformities and ensure proper disposition; * Collaborate in establishing action plans for suppliers and monitor implementation of defined actions; * Analyze and guide relevant departments on reports issued by suppliers in product warranty processes; * Keep supplier quality performance indicators up to date; * Analyze components returned under warranty and issue final quality disposition reports; * Support registration, identification, maintenance, and calibration of measurement instruments; * Ensure preservation and record disposal and/or loss of measurement instruments; * Ensure conservation, cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the quality measurement instrument room; * Provide technical support to the company's receiving area by performing inspections and material analyses; * Assist in implementing supplier management modules in ERP systems; * Support the implementation of area projects; * Always work under the guidance of the responsible manager to align with company strategy; **Prerequisites**: * **Education**: Completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or related fields * **Skills**: Dynamic, organized, logical, communicative, detail-oriented * **Knowledge**: Experience with non-conformance processes (RNC); Experience using measurement instruments for dimensional analysis; Ability to interpret mechanical technical drawings; Familiarity with SolidWorks / eDrawings viewer; Knowledge of SAP system; Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 will be a differentiator; Intermediate English proficiency will be a differentiator * **Experience**: 1 or more years Job type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you live in São Carlos?
