We guide intelligent solutions, valuing the uniqueness of each business and each individual. **Our Values:** * We Are Accessible * We Are Committed * We Care for People * We Are Innovative * We Pursue Excellence * We Focus on Results **Responsibilities:** * Perform enrollment-related transactions for Health and Dental benefits (additions, removals, and modifications); * Update enrolled lives in the insurer’s system (EB Quiver) and handle service tickets. * Monitor movement indicators and SLA compliance. * Collaborate with Commercial, Relationship, and Implementation teams. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience handling transactions at an insurance brokerage; * Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite)
