Support for employees and resolution of operational issues JUNIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST (ONSITE) \- CAJAMAR / SP A large-scale logistics company is hiring: JUNIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST, CLT position, to work in CAJAMAR / SP. Immediate hiring. Main Responsibilities/Activities: A professional responsible for direct client engagement, ensuring smooth operational routines, supporting employees, and continuously aligning with operational demands. Acts as the liaison between the client and the company, ensuring organization, agility, and quality in service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the onsite reference to support the client in daily operational routines. * Provide employee assistance, clarifying administrative questions and guiding on internal processes. * Monitor operational indicators, controls, and internal workflows. * Organize documents, records, and administrative requests. * Support both internal teams and clients in resolving operational issues. * Ensure clear communication and alignment between the client and headquarters. * Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and urgent operational needs. * Distribution and control of PPEs Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Administrative experience. * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. * Experience in HR consulting firms is a PLUS. * Ability to work under pressure. **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication and professional demeanor. * Agility in handling requests. * In-person relationship-building and consultative approach. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and autonomy. * Flexibility across various administrative and operational areas.
