This role entails developing and implementing student engagement strategies, supporting the mediation team, tracking performance indicators, conducting training sessions, and providing internal departmental support via service tickets. The analyst directly supports the student journey, contributing to student onboarding, inclusion, and retention. They ensure the quality of deliverables from the mediation team, process alignment, and continuous improvement of online academic routines. The role involves interaction with mediators, faculty members, and internal departments, assisting in process execution and inter-team communication.
