This role serves as a facilitator for shopping centers, addressing existing demands. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Support the development of corporate premises, establishing the foundation enabling unit managers to begin developing their PAM. Prepare studies to define Promotion Fund allocations to be managed by Corporate Marketing, aiming to maximize resources through network-wide negotiations. Monitor throughout the year whether the implemented strategies align with the approved PAM. Assess available resources from shopping centers’ Promotion Funds and sponsorship funds, supporting definition of the promotion model. Contribute to the entire process of implementing promotions across shopping centers—including briefing preparation, supplier coordination, campaign creative development oversight, mechanics definition, gift quantity and exchange value per shopping center, regulation documents, press releases, operational systems, sponsor coordination for required approvals—ensuring that only operational execution of promotions is carried out per shopping center. Monitor promotion performance against defined objectives. Prospect partners for network-wide events according to the budget allocated in shopping centers’ Promotion Funds and the briefing developed with inputs from Corporate Marketing Management and shopping center managers, addressing local needs while respecting regional differences. Coordinate timelines based on priority dates such as holidays and Children’s Day, ensuring event execution aligns with PAM strategies. Monitor event implementation across shopping centers, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues involving partners. Develop projects—guided by Corporate Marketing Management and coordinated with involved departments—to implement innovations and improvements. Perform budgetary control over Promotion Fund resources managed by Corporate Marketing, ensuring expenditures do not exceed the approved amount or agreed disbursement schedule, and prepare cash flow tracking spreadsheets. Monitor payments—from invoice receipt and system entry through to final payment—ensuring fulfillment of obligations toward suppliers. Monitor payment of sponsorship-derived funds. Draft marketing contracts (sponsorships, partnerships, purchases/services) in collaboration with Legal and other involved departments, ensuring commercial negotiation security with partners. Support development of Mídia Mall sponsorship acquisition projects, safeguarding alignment with departmental interests. Prospect new partners offering innovation, improvements, or strategic alliances. Respond to shopping center requests, supporting resolution of marketing team challenges—for example: approval of website modification requests, control of corporate fund utilization, assistance resolving interdepartmental difficulties, clarifying questions regarding projects, promotions, and events.
