




**Responsibilities and Duties:** * Receive, analyze, and validate transportation requests originating from internal departments; * Engage freight carriers according to cargo type, delivery deadline, route, and cost; * Conduct freight quotations, comparing rates, delivery deadlines, and commercial terms; * Monitor pickup and delivery statuses, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies; * Maintain continuous communication with freight carriers, internal and external customers; * Control and update logistics spreadsheets, systems, and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing) is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel proficiency required); * SAP system knowledge is preferred; * Experience working with freight carriers/freight operations is preferred; * Must have easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes/SP region.
