**Junior Financial Receivables Analyst**
Work model: 100% on-site in Campinas/SP.
Company: Alesta Soc Cred Direto SA – A company of the CPFL Group.
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is essential);
* Availability to work on-site in Campinas.
**Brief Description:**
Responsible for supporting supplier prospecting in receivables discounting operations, contributing to consultative sales processes and assisting in discount rate simulations, thereby supporting consultative sales and the preparation of financial simulations and proposals.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Identify and prospect suppliers interested in receivables discounting, conducting initial outreach and screening to expand the operation’s customer base;
* Manage supplier relationships by providing continuous support and recording requests to ensure satisfaction and strengthen loyalty;
* Assist in discount rate negotiations by performing preliminary analyses and following guidance from senior team members to support commercially aligned decisions consistent with departmental policies;
* Execute manual operations, including preparing agreements, calculating rates, formalizing acceptances, and seeking internal approvals to ensure process continuity during system failures;
* Monitor the invoice lifecycle with requesting departments and the CSC, tracking deadlines and validating information to ensure operational efficiency and integrity;
* Contribute to developing strategies to increase the volume of financial transactions, providing basic data and analyses to support operational growth;
* Monitor market developments and competitor activities, gathering relevant information to propose adjustments or improvements under guidance from full and senior teams;
* Organize documents, update records, and support report generation by structuring information in the system to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.
