If you’re someone who thrives on challenges, don’t wait—join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Critical analysis of the export process—from receipt of documents/sales order through to arrival at the final destination—based on applicable legislation; * Attend to customers by providing or supplying information. * Issue LPCO and DUE; * Issue shipping documents, such as Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Petitions, in accordance with the customer’s shipping instructions. * Request payment from the customer, ensuring all expenses related to the export process are included in the request. * Enter shipping dates and information into (DDBroker), keeping the exporter (customer) informed about the progress of the export process. * Contact customs inspection authorities and approving agencies to clarify documentation-related questions and forward documents for correction, if necessary, to ensure shipment release. * Coordinate the clearance process and its stages until cargo and documents arrive at the final destination and/or cross-border point (road transport). * Receive documents related to clearance, such as Invoice, shipping instructions, and container data. * Negotiate relevant documents with banks and/or overseas remittances. * Request billing for the process, entering data into the system and releasing the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum education: Completed undergraduate degree. Desired education: Enrolled in postgraduate studies. Experience in Export Customs Clearance. Desirable: Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge of letters of credit.
