Culture that values innovation, collaboration, and initiative **About the opportunity** We are seeking a **Junior Commercial Analyst** to support the commercial team in managing the customer portfolio, tracking sales, and executing commercial strategies. This person will be responsible for ensuring the organization of commercial processes, supporting negotiations, and contributing to Milhão Ingredientes’ growth across B2B, retail, and wholesale channels. **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service (phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp), offering commercial support and tracking requests. * Support the sales team in preparing proposals, negotiations, and order closing. * Prospect new customers and business opportunities in the B2B market. * Update and maintain information in CRM and RD Station. * Monitor commercial KPIs and sales targets, supporting performance analysis. * Ensure order tracking, deadlines, and after-sales follow-up. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth commercial processes. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in sales (retail, wholesale, and/or B2B), customer service, and negotiation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills. * Experience using CRM and RD Station. * Technical or university degree (in progress or completed) in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Agronomy, or related fields. * Communication-oriented, execution-focused, organized, and results-driven profile. **What we seek in this professional** Someone with strong communication skills, commercial energy, and a desire to grow in the sales field—disciplined in executing processes, focused on goals, and capable of strengthening relationships with customers and partners. **Why join Milhão** * Work for a leading company in the food and ingredients sector * Dynamic and expanding work environment * Opportunity for professional development and growth * Culture that values innovation, collaboration, and initiative
