Opportunity to apply ERP knowledge and sales funnel modeling **About the Role** We are seeking a **Commercial Analyst I** to join our sales team and contribute to the company's sustainable growth. The professional will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting commercial performance data, supporting the sales team in making strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Prospect new clients; * End-to-end leasing commercial journey (prospecting, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, closing, and post-sales); * Organize and manage the leasing portfolio; * Conduct client and construction site visits; * Present company products and services; * Provide commercial and administrative support to the Head Office and Branches; * Maintain interaction and communication with other branches. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is considered a plus; * Experience in commercial roles with B2B sales; * Negotiation and contract closing skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Interpersonal relationship and customer service capabilities; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Desirable** * Knowledge of **ERP** systems and cross-system data integration * Experience with **sales funnel modeling** and performance metrics * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) * Certification in **BI or data analysis** (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Driver's License Requirement: Class B
